Edit: the original order that was still in the cart had a s8 ultra trade in. So I did trade in two devices a S8 regular and a S8 ultra.

My fault I was so excited that I didn't check. Still a good deal though.

The S8 Ultra keyboard cover and rugged kickstand do not fit the S9 Ultra. Camera bumps prevent both from making full contact.

Wait price after S8 trade in is $300? I thought thats with S8+ trade up?

S8+ trade in gets you $200 S9 Ultra. $100 less than if you trade in S8 EDIT: I stand corrected, it's also $300

I hope this thing isn't too big. I finally opened my S8 from a year ago to make sure everything's in order for my trade-in, and I feel like it's the perfect size. I wish they made Ultra specs in the 11" form factor.

One thing to consider - Samsung will charge you tax on the $1000 and not the $200. My total with tax would have come out to be $285 or so. Not really worth it for me in this case if I have to McGyver my existing S8U case as well to make it work

Which EPP program are you with to get the $200? As of right now it's showing $299 for S9Ultra after trading in S8+

Yea S8 and S8+ has the same trade in value. As of yesterday I traded my s8 in for the S9 Ultra 512gb. Make sure to apply student discount.
