The email title was "You just received a Costco Digital Shop Card". It was sitting in my junk folder. $1500 of gift cards for six lines in the junk folder lolz. Now depending upon your mailbox setting most probably it would have been cleared out from junk, so if you don't find it you will need to reach out back to Costco.

There have been recent reports that Victra is closing all their Costco Verizon kiosks. Date given was 3/24 which is today.
