I got one at around $65 last year from Kohl's with coupon. It was shipped without additional packaging and arrived damaged. There is no enough protection inside the package. It was sold out for a couple weeks then I finally had the customer service sent me a replacement.

Does it heat well and work properly? I just bought a microwave 2 days ago and it has the same problems as the old one I just replaced.

I just received mine from Kohl's, also shipped without additional packaging. There are holes all over the box, and I'm wondering if it's even worth opening to check it. Is it a good microwave, or just so-so? Might just return it in the demolished package. Thanks.

Mine works fine. I put it in my office and use it everyday to heat up my lunch. It is 900W which is on the lower power side. It takes around 2.5 minutes to boil a glass of water.

Jeez. Might as well return it in the packaging, never know what might have been damaged especially when it was shipped like that

Have 900W to 1000W always been this...weak? I remember as a kid we had them in this range and they worked fine. Now it seems like it takes longer.

The damaged one I got has the door frame bended a bit with dented bottom corner around one leg. As a result, the 3 soft touch switch inside the door frame do not line up properly to control the microwave. Kohls shipped me a replacement and told me to dispose the damaged unit. After I diagnosed the issue, I used a mallet to force the door to bend the door back down by 1/2" to make it working again. I could not fix the dent at the bottom corner of the body frame though.

Not worth keeping if it's that damaged. Sorry to hear this.

I tend to buy TVs and microwaves in store for safety issues like this

I got a replacement unit that was in good shape. They also told me I can dispose the damaged unit but I decided to fix it myself and keep it as a back up.
