    Super slick! I probably wouldn't use this as a primary, but as a backup or secondary it would be good.

    In your sump pit have the primary at the bottom, have the secondary next to it but higher so it won't turn on if the first one is working, you can have some govee or similar water detectors as well so you get alerted if the primary fails or they both fail. Various online resources for setting it up. Two check valves and a wye junction. Easy project and helps prevent overflow.

    Don't bother ordering. Looks like it's out of stock for both the 1/3 and 1/3 HP models. My order was cancelled within 1 hour of ordering the 1/3 HP at 6AM this morning.

    Just received this yesterday. This is the exact same unit as Lowe's store brand sump pump. The switch is the failure mode on this unit. The switch usually lasts about 2 years. The rest of the unit seems to last forever. Good for backup.

    I just ordered a 1/2hp pump in 34655 zip code for $32.xx with tax shipped to store! They still have some I guess. I don't have an immediate use for it either, but I'm sure I can use it for something.

    I was just able to order 1/3HP qty 2 to LA (had to ship to home, no store pickup available here). Total was $80.52 including $15 shipping and $6 tax.

    Unfortunately they didn't have the 1/2HP versions available.
