This is not the scandal that people apparently think it is. They're using this cake mix as an ingredient, along with other ingredients that still makes their cookies unique. Not saying you have to like them or buy them but if you think all other bakeries are cooking everything from dead scratch you're wrong. Especially when you're dealing with chain stores that need to have consistency between locations. If they were smarter they'd buy these in bulk though (perhaps there was some kind of sale locally).

Again, if you don't like the cookies or think you can easily make better cookies, that's fine, but it's a completely different argument. I can make better burgers than McDonalds but I'm not gonna jump on every McDonalds thread and say don't get the McDonalds deals.
Are they WAY overpriced? Definitely. Are they also delicious? Oh Yeah!
I see them for what they are- a brilliantly marketed, not worth the price, indulgence.

Sure, thru trail and error, I could learn to bake similar myself- but that is buying a lot of ingredients (if I want different flavors) + time + having dozens of these cookies about, which is too much of stuff this rich to have around.

Or I can waste a little disposable income and treat myself and family.

What I am saying is- I'm in for a 6 pack, thanks OP!
And they are way too sweet.

I don't believe it's posted on their website. You can see the deal is active in their app. They also posted about it on their social media.

Don't bother. You can pick up a box at the grocery store and make a batch yourself. These cookies are a ripoff. They use box mixes and they are not uniquely they own.

I like them when I get the free birthday offer in the app, they are ungodly rich as the grease soaks thru the bottom of the box lol
not sure I am willing to spring for them for full retail and not more than 1 cookie but that's just me

Agree. My wife bought a box several weeks ago - 4 cookies was like $20. They weren't bad but way overpriced for some cookies.

I'm literally eating a cookie right now from the Costco bakery section - it's a big pack I bought for $9.99. It's just as good.

They use cheap products in their cookies right off the shelf. For a luxury cookie it's a rip off. Never again.

I really dont understand how Crumbl is expanding in my area. Their cookies are good, but there's local owned places around me that have the same, if not better, cookies for less money. 6/$10 seems to be the normal price point right now. It was around $12 earlier this year when eggs were a problem.
