Pendleton used to be name of very high quality, 100% wool 100% of the time and made in Pendleton, OR. This is 100% polyester, made in China. Sad, to me anyway.

They are just using their name to expand into other products. I think I saw mugs being sold earlier this year at Costco under their name. They still sell their original wool stuff. Can't blame them from branching out and trying to expand what they offer. So many brands are lifestyle brands now. Yeti, Stanley, etc. This is no different.
