Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older)
Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have. Multiple Entries received from any person beyond this limit will void all such additional Entries.
On or about October 19, 2023, one (1) Grand Prize and five (5) First Prize potential winners (collectively, "Winners", each a "Winner") will be selected in a random drawing
GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize ("Grand Prize") awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip (the "Trip") for two (2) to one (1) NFL football game of Winner's choice, scheduled to take place on a Sunday night during the 2024-2025 regular season, from a list of options provided by Sponsors (the "Grand Prize Game"). The Grand Prize/Trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner's legal residence (as selected by the Sponsors) ("Airport of Origin") to destination city area airport (as chosen by the Sponsors, with possible layovers) ("Destination City"); however, if a Grand Prize Winner resides within one-hundred fifty (150) miles of Destination City (as determined by the Sponsors/Administrator in their sole discretion), air travel will not be provided and ground transportation may be provided instead (and, in such case, no alternate prize or compensation will be provided); ground transportation to/from Destination City-area airport and hotel; two (2) nights' hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy), and two (2) tickets to the Grand Prize Game (ticket type and seat location are of the Sponsors' sole choosing; terms and conditions of ticket as well as venue restrictions apply). Grand Prize Winner will also receive one (1) $200 gift card (issuer to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; gift card is subject to issuer's terms and conditions as indicated thereon). ERV of Grand Prize: $4,100.00. See additional travel restrictions/conditions below.
FIRST PRIZE: There will be five (5) first prizes ("First Prizes", each a "First Prize") awarded. Each First Prize Winner will receive one (1) Scary Good Sunday Night Watch Party Kit ("Kit"). Each Kit will include: one (1) branded blanket; one (1) branded scented candle; one (1) branded pair of socks, one (1) branded eye mask; one (1) branded koozie; one (1) branded stress ball. First Prizes are provided "as is"; entrants acknowledge that Sponsors and the Promotion Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any First Prize (or any component of First Prize), including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Color, size, scent and style (as applicable) of various prize components will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (except where otherwise noted). ERV of each First Prize is one hundred dollars ($100.00). Allow up to 6-8 weeks after notification for delivery of Prize. Prize will be mailed to each Winner at the U.S. mailing address provided by Winner at the time of notification. Prize will only be shipped to a street address within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (P.O. Boxes will not be accepted). Sponsors shall have no liability for any Prize that is lost, intercepted or not received by a Winner for any reason.
Total ERV of all Prizes is four thousand nine hundred dollars ($4,900.00). Actual Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded.
