assuming the internals of this are able to handle 15a, you could plug 30 things into it and be fine because the breaker will pop before this will have issues.

the issue is that is a big assumption, with the lack of UL rating.

Depend. If the plug in consumption less than 1A or all add up less than 15A it would not strip breaker.
