I already used the coupon with a $1.29 ice tea purchase. $20 reward cash showed up in my account immediately.
How to use Walgreens Cash Rewards
Walgreens Cash Rewards that you earn can be applied towards transactions made at Walgreens. While there is no limit to how much you can earn, you can only use up to $50 in Walgreens Cash per transaction and up to $100 in Walgreen Cash per day.

1) Make an appointment for vaccine shot at Walgreens website.
2) Get vaccine of your choice and pay/check out.
3) Enter your phone number that is attached to Walgreens reward membvership when you check out for the vaccine.
4) The $20 reward when you spend $1 Catalina coupon prints out.
5) Find something that is $1+ to buy.
6) Buy the $1+ item and hand out the Catalina coupon to cashier.
7) Enter the phone number that is attached to your Walgreens account on the device while checking out.
8) She scans the item and the Catalina coupon.
9) Get the receipt which shows you have earned $20 in reward for the transaction.
I got flu shot today. I am going to get COVID shot tomorrow. You can get both shots at the same time and will receive 2 x $20 Reward Catalina coupons since they have to ring up each shots separately, according to people who have done that in Walgreens Wdays thread. If you don't get the Catalina coupons to print for you, ask Walgreens employees for assistant. My pharmacy tech told me I was going to get $20 reward Catalina coupon printed out while I was checking out. (He knew about the deal.) The $20 reawrd Catalina coupon is valid for 14 days. Mine expires 10/19. I already used it while I was there today.
