There are either incompatibilities or common manufacturing defects at 20V which mean that some laptops won't charge.
I also had trouble with a power brick that wanted 20V, and it was hit-or-miss whether any port would work.

It works great, hardly gets warm, usually have my 16 MBP, work 13 MBP, iPhone and iPad connected and it charges wonderfully.
Also Costco, you can return it anytime, so if in 2 years it stops working, get your money back. Way better than Amazon no-name brands,
