Sht not when you have to wear it 12 hours straight at work .hurts the ears

Disagree. I wear these on planes all the time and prefer it to the ones behind the ears as after 5-6 hours they begin to hurt.

I like wearing these for allergies/dust prevention. I think it helps a bit.

These are pretty comfy depsite the n95 loops.
I lost got 2x20 for $4.69 total on Amazon tho, so this isn't the lowest price ever.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/...MC8289716/ might be of interest for you... TLDR. ears is a less tight fit resulting in some amount of unfiltered air passing around the mask which is fine in low risk environments, but in high risk it's suggested that you DO NOT USE EAR *95 masks.

I purchased these earlier this year for around 5 bucks from Amazon. While I love the fit and feel they offer good protection, several of them I've had the strap break off one side of the mask on the bottom band. I usually stretch them out before putting them on the first time, but the quality control is very poor on these unfortunately. For the price though, it still worth buying them... You can always carry a spare in your purse or pocket. When the stretchy bands do hold on these masks, I get several uses out of them before having to replace.

I've been wearing 3M N95s made in China. They don't make them anymore, but for a while they were recommended by everyone from that guy who tested masks on YouTube to the New York Times. Still haven't gotten sick once, even though the masks are by now past their best-by date and I reuse them until they break (they didn't use to, but like I said...).

The anti-Chinese sentiment is just like when Japan was the boogeyman.
