This table is designed to be used then folded away. If you're going to put a fish tank on it, why not just get a normal table?

And not a chance in hell I'd trust a 55gal fish tank to this.

I am not sure what you would gain and the height of the miter saw is likely as much as the width of this. Also, 20" is likely pushing it unless you have a small saw.
