Just bought this and the left shift key sticks every time. Have removed and replaced to no avail. Maybe I got a bad one, but that's some pretty shoddy qc.

I can't vouch for this brand, but upvoting because it's great to see a quiet mechanical keyboard for this price that looks professional enough for an office. I've seen plenty of other $35 keyboards, but they are usually too loud for an office and/or are stylized to appeal to gamers but inappropriate in the workplace.
If you're getting this for an office, be sure to get brown switches. They aren't silent, but they are quieter than all the other options. I work in a cubicle, type all day long, and have a brown-switch keyboard (different manufacturer) and none of my coworkers have ever complained.
FYI- Blue and brown switches are generally considered idea for typing /writing. Red and green switches are often considered a little better for gaming (although it comes down to personal preference).

"I got a product with defect, therefore its shoddy QC." how is this shoddy QC?
is your expectation that every single product that gets shipped has every single one of its keys tested?

Yeah... that's kinda the point of quality control. It's to make sure the product isn't defective. If defective products are being shipped out that's poor quality control.
They should absolutely be testing every key on every keyboard that goes out. They probably can't afford to do that so in turn bad quality control.

Blue switches make a loud clicking noise, brown switches are relatively quiet. Both have a similar feel, which is ideal for typing and writing.
