Good one. Paint Shop and Video Studio have a lot more competition now, but this is a good deal for those of us who use them.

I really don't want to keep paying monthly for premier rush, and it's god awful buggy. a few years ago i thought it was my hardware. it's not. it's garbage and i'm paying $100 a year on this. I missed out on the last deal humble had. Would this be worth the jump?

I remember browsing my mom's thick catalog full of Corel clip art and then inserting my favorite images into a document on the computer. I didn't know Corel still existed, but it's very nostalgic for me. 😋

try DaVinci Resolve, the free version is very feature packed. Basic nle stuff like cutting up/arranging clips snapped or unsnapped, transitions, multiple layers, many basic titles/text, cropping, exporting ("deliver") all included.

That's mostly what I use it for but occasionally other stuff. It has the power to track objects automatically (to blur for example) in the free version too, and do some audio processing to normalize/denoise/dialogue enhance, also free.

I find it more intuitive to use than Photoshop (or GIMP) with basically the same core functions, but if you're a professional or power user, Photoshop does offer more advanced features.

I agree - Painter is great and IMO worth the price alone. The rest are nice to haves as possible alternatives. There are other paint programs, Rebelle by Escape Motions shows up in the Humble Bundle every now and again.

Is this for a one-year use only? Because last time I bought some software, there was no mention of the subscription model on the listing page and now that software doesn't work anymore, same with other video learning sites like Pluralsight they sell from time to time, and keys don't work after a year and they mention nothing about it on their page. I just read their offer on the page, and no mention of how long this would work. Does anyone know if this is one-time pay or do we have to keep renewing every year? Thanks.
