Also lanyards that work well with these for $0.45 shipped if you like to take them on and off frequently. The side view of the glasses looks like they have the holes to clip into.

Regardless of price, safety glasses are essential gear when working with machinery of any kind.

Those lanyards are just landfills, complete waste of 45 cents. The length is too short, you can hardly wear it thru your head. That's because of its design of being permanently knotted in a ring. It didn't work for reading glasses even if tied to the end of ear pieces. That's because of the kn9t button in the middle that will have to be tightened thru your neck to make room for the end to be able to be spread all the way to your ears. You are better off just pluck those nice twine from shopping bags you get from clothing retailers and use it for glasses or masks

I got a gray and a black and both are 28" in length, which was plenty to slip over my head as a closed loop fairly easily, and I'm a 6' male. With glasses attached, it expands the loop further and slipping them on and off is no problem at all. There are no knots, but there is an adjustable plastic ring which can be moved to the far end such that it has hardly any affect on the length. Or it could be easily snapped off with a pair of pliers if you don't like it (it's just plastic and floats freely on the lanyard when squeezed). I left mine on since it doesn't hinder my use in any way and might actually be something I try for a snug fit if I use with riding glasses. Anyway, mine works great for the safety glasses that I clipped it to and they hang at a convenient level without drooping too low when working on projects. I wouldn't want anything longer for something like this.

By the way … below is a vid showing how adjustable eyeglass straps work (and those they show are only 19" long). It sounds like you might be trying to put your head through the little adjustment loop or something, which definitely isn't the intent.

I'll second that I was cutting a piece of oak trim without glasses and had a tiny piece flew off sticking into my eyebrow.
