I can't believe I had never tried these before in my home theater! The first night I had them installed, I actually DROVE a pod racer lol. Video games are also amazing, particularly flying around in space in Starfield with these and the surround sound going!
I eventually replaced the four of them with three buttkicker Advances. In all honesty I would not trade them out if I could do it again. Both had plenty of power, but the buttkickers are far more expensive, less efficient, and the noise when a buttkicker bottoms out is just awful. I have them dialed in well now but these shakers just worked with no fuss.

The transducer in this posting are probably a better DIY way to go if you wanna run your own wiring and choose your own amps for them. The SoundShakers are easier to setup right out of the box and can wireless connect to one of your AVR's subwoofer outputs, but I didn't really use the transmitted as I T-ed off the sub cable to my rear PB-2000 and left the amp behind my back row (hence the remote HomeKit power switch).

I live in a townhouse and basically have my subwoofers (Monolith M15 and a Monolith M215) dialed back to about 15-20% of their capabilities so I don't have to see my neighbor any more then I want to. Having the subs running so low the couches don't feel much impact and it isn't overly audible, though the loveseat really feels the impact. They go down to 10hz and it makes the audio Feel and literally sound louder in the chair, likely due to the subwoofer motors shaking the couch at the same frequency as the subwoofers. Needless to say, if you want a subwoofer upgrade, and don't have big subwoofer space and a big subwoofer budget, these will GREATLY enhance your experience in room and not make your wife mad doing so.
