Spend a little extra for the much better Goodyear Assurance Outlast.
Yea the Altimax RT45 are a great tire. Walmart also sells them.
If you're talking about the TrueContacts Tour then they would be better. But they also cost more. So since you did not list a price, size, or use not one can say much more.

There are a fair number of user reviews at the end of the article. I wish they had these in 205/50/17 as our other vehicle is due for some tires. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase them again. I called into my local Walmart to make sure they had them in-stock and made an appointment for the AM and was in/out in about an hour.
If one of the tire has a puncture, then the car will pull to one side. It could take several days for the pressure to go down 15 psi. I keep the tire pressure at 90% of the max rating on the tire's sidewall. No problem spotting a tire that's down 5 psi. I can plug and rebalance the tire at home in 30 minutes.
The Harbor Freight balance tool is capable of 1/8 oz static balance resolution.

Most vibration and noise issues are caused by poor installation...improper use/calibration of tire balance equipment or failure to clean old rim prior to installation. These tires normally don't need more than 3/4 oz to achieve good balance.
