I've only bought Tree Pipers and Wool Pipers, but I would recommend to size up if you have wide feet and/or prefer to wear socks with your shoes. I usually wear men's 9 (for New Balance, Nike), but I order size 10 for Allbirds

Be careful with them being final sale, I got the Wool Runner Mizzles from a deal posted last month and feel like they're too big. I usually wear a men's 8.5 and they said to upsize if you are between sizes, but the shoes really scrape my heel which happens when I wear shoes that are too large :/

I've been buying Allbirds for years now and I concur - size up. I used to order 8s, and now I order 8.5 or 9s if they only have full sizes.

Thats the one thing about Allbirds, the designs are 'basic' to put it simply. I tried a pair of Wool Runners a few weeks ago and returned them because they just felt so bland for $100. More like slippers than running shoes for sure.

You can try heel locking! Allbirds don't have the extra eyelets on the top of the shoe but I heel locked mine and they went from loose at the heel to fitting perfectly. YMMV
