Edit: Target wouldn't let me check out with a $100 gc saying not available. I added a $10 gc to the order and I was able to magically check out with both gcs and correct discounts.
Edit 2: Also had to change zip code to non Hawaii zip code to be able to add to cart.
Edit 3: Target will only ship to Hawaii if you order more than 1 gc at a time. I placed a second order for a $10 gc, but had to add a $25 gc or else it said cannot ship to your address. I was able to cancel the $25gc after ordering.
