1) Go to Costco T-Mobile Kiosk or Call (833)428-1765 to
purchase a T-Mobile Go5G Plus plan (
Requires port in, online registration and activation).
Bring your own device.

Activate a T-Mobile Go5G Plus plan with your own device, Port your Number, and
Create a T-Mobile Account and receive a $150 Costco Card and $250 Visa Card.
3) After activation, log into T-Mobile Website and
"upgrade" your device to an iPhone 15/Pro/Max and plan to T-Mobile Go5G Next.
4)
Trade-In your own device and receive up to $1000 off via 24 monthly bill credits. (PROMO: "iPhone 15 Pro ON US")
