I see the $88 price at Chicago Clybourn. Came to $110.69 with a $10.89 rebate, so $99.80 total. Definitely a slick deal for me because I've been looking for one of these and I'll need it soon to paint our bedroom.

I don't have one of these, but I got the gorilla ladder from HD and it feels very robust. Very satisfied with build quality, the adjustable parts all click loudly when they lock in place so you know it's secured.

i also got the $99 home depot deal, very satisfied after 18 years with my other ladder.
