Sam's club scan and go is superior to its Walmart counterpart, and it has gas where most Walmarts don't. and it's 20$ a year....how cheap can you be?

Its normally like 45$. Its now 20$. This is a deal. You may not like it, it may not be the best it ever was, but it is the best it currently is. If it doesnt benefit you, thats fine.

Now are you just bashing on it because its the same company ass walmart, or do you say this for costco and bjs deals too?

i think I found a 25% off which makes it $14.99 via sweetdeals.com and a promo code of 25OFF.

Because I am single and don't buy a lot, its hard to justify even paying that.

Was hoping one of the free or free after giftcard or purchase discount deal would return.

You don't NEED a card since you can do it with smartphone. However, you can still buy gas from the pump using your sams club card and regular credit/debit card. Smartphone purchase is optional.

Yep. I ended up using a VOIP number, then switched it back to my main number after signup.
