It's possible it's sold out in your area because one of the items is unavailable -- it's still showing for me (Southern California) but there are very few of the saws left -- no more than 10 at any store and only 16 available for delivery.

Just did some more searching and nowhere on Google shopping search can I find this for under $200 -- including eBay, etc and nowhere under $220 on my local offer up -- I don't even need one but have a bunch of Flexvolt batteries so bought this for when I may need it. This deal is even better than I realized when I posted.
