That's a load of crap. There is no UST that competes with an LED, especially one this bright, for DAY time watching.

Not LG, Formovie, Hisense, Samsung, or BENQ. They all lool "ok" at best in a room with ambient light, even if you have an expensive CLR screen. Stop with this nonsense.

Welp, I didn't expect to purchase this monstrosity today, but here we are. I've got an 82" Samsung Q90 that's been perfectly fine. I figure I've got time to cancel, as these are "special order" and no firm date on when they'll get delivered. I'll need to call PC and see if they can offer me installation. Any recommendations on mounts for a 100? Warranty was $650 for 3 years, which kind of defeats the purpose of the "good deal" at $3k. Hoping I win the panel lottery. Will inspect on delivery and setup. It will be a major hassle if it doesn't work out.

Are you guys drunk? Did you even read that this is a 100" mini Led, the one reviewers love? I get that Hisense isn't a fully trusted brand so I am buying an extended warranty. But that is still $3500 compared to the $10,000 it costs to get a comparable Samsung. If the prices were the same, of course we would go with a better brand. The only other $3000 100 incher I see is the lower end TCL. Making this a no brainer.

Rather than going down to $3K, it looks like Amazon just increased their price to $4885. Best Buy also increased to $4K and is still out of stock. I really wish I could order from PC Richard as I just can't pull the trigger at $4K knowing it's been a full $1000 cheaper.

Only 1 non OLED tv has ever scored higher. A 8.6 vs the u8k at 8.5. The sony x95L 85 inch is $1500 more and 15 inches smaller. The u8k 85 inch is literally less than half the price of the Sony. All to gain a 0.1 score increase.
