Mine was delivered back a few months ago. Got a bad one , problem with the motor and they wouldn't refund me. Buyer beware. Also you will be responsible to pay for return shipping back which could cost $$$ because the bike is heavy.

They use FedEx to ship. Huge pass due to consistently bad handling like that really don't care.

So tired of dealing with huffy.

They shipped me the bike without battery. Waited a whole month to get a replacement battery. It arrives totally dead and won't charge.

The battery is dated 2021.

Finally unboxed and was expecting the worr based in the many bad reviews. Bike looks and operates perfect. Got lucky. Great deal.

Anyone know where to buy a decent replacement battery?

Bike was working great until today. Motor just makes a buzzing humming noise with no assist whatsoever. Thankfully it's still under warranty. We'll see what happens!

I've not read this issue on other threads about this bike. Hope they get it resolved for you. My wife hasnt used hers due weather so hope she doesnt have this also. Frustrating I'm sure.

This was a good reminder to call them. Customer service call took just less than 5min. They are sending a new motor in 1-2 weeks.
