So after I payoff Delta 199 + 60 days of service, can I submit unlock request or have to wait all 36months for 800 trade in credits to phase in? I am not concerned about staying with ATT for 36months but I travel a lot to foreign destinations and local sim is preferred as a secondary line, so unlock policy clarification will be super helpful if anyone has experience with similar situation earlier

I think next step is to chat with CS and ask to cancel service right ?
