FYI... you can get for same price from Ecovacs site with coupon code - WNOVT10
Plus ten percent from a cashback site as well as you can redeem points if you have any.

With all this... I am getting for $440 from ecovacs site.

Also evovacs website is giving 94$ free bundle.
But the one good thing is costco return policy and extra warranty.

Are they giving any extra warranty? I didnt see it in their site...
Return policy i agree...

Ecovacs site says 30 days no question return and 1 year warranty.

Return policy i agree...

is this considered an electronic? costco has this unwritten "forever" return policy except on specific devices such as computers and TVs which they provide at least 2 years on all their tvs

I have this. When it works it's great. The mopping pads pop off a lot though, and at this point they are a headache to keep working properly. I am going to return this soon and probably get one that doesn't have the spinning pads.

Can you explain why it pops off? Was planning to buy this... but if it is going to be an headache then need to think... Did Ecovacs CS provide any solution?

I am also in the same boat. This one or Dreametech L10s ultra. Or robovac s7 maxv ultra. More inclined on this one due to Costco returns support.
