Yes. Any active duty/retired/veteran from any branch. Also DOD civilians (at least OCONUS) works. Possibly CONUS DOD civilians can access too.

Navy Exchange is such a pain in the ass compared to AAFES and ShopCGX.

There's so many things they absolutely will not ship. TV's, PS5's, etc.

AAFES and ShopCGX don't have any kind of restrictions on that stuff.

How? It literally says "Not available for ship to home" on every single PS5 that they sell, from bundles, to the console itself.
