It's actually not that bad if (and only if) you take advantage of their benefits that are compromised of credits for things that you were going to buy/use anyways.
I'm not including other credits that are rarely used (Hotel and Equinox credit) or come with other lower annual fee cards (Clear Plus). This adds up to more than the annual fee, but it has to be things you would have purchased anyways for it to be worth it in my opinion.
You would also get access to the Centurion Lounge at airports with this card. How busy these lounges get or quality of food is another discussion though.
For anyone that is interested in this option, try incognito mode on your browser. Clicking the link in the OP showed 80k for me, too, but when I opened the link in Incognito, I saw the offer for 125k. Not sure how to get the 150k offer.

The Centurion lounges get busy, but for good reason. The food and drink are far and away above air carrier lounges. I am a bit pissed about the skyclub changes, as I use them about 12-15 times a year (X2 if I hit both ends). Centurion is way better than United or Delta clubs IMHO
