    The ones at Walmart are the Beats Studio3 and the ones here are the Beats Studio Pros. They are a refreshed/newer version of the Studio3s. In addition to USB-C they also have newer drivers, longer battery and better noise cancelling. Oddly they don't have the W1 chip of the Studio3. Whether that's worth the price premium is up to you.

    Got a pair of these from best buy yesterday and they are way better than my friend's Studio 3. That being said they feel pretty cheap/hollow, has to be manually powered on/off, loud clacky single button for play/pause, and shallow ear cups (I have very small ears). Great bass, iOS controls just like airpods, has USB C audio, and is very light.

    Just ordered a pair of Sony XM4 to compare and thinking I'll return the Studio Pro if reviews are anything to go by. Passed on the QC45 due to weak bass since i listen to mostly EDM but I'm sure they're better than the Studio Pro other than that.

    Altogether I think the Studio Pro could be better than they are, if not for the Airpod Max existing. Fine at $169, but unless you're a bass head I think the QC45 is a better buy at $199.

    Anyone else have issues with Apple Care+ not showing up on Beats Studio Pro when purchased at Costco? Not sure if my local Costco forgot to enroll or what is going on. I had to call Apple support and they had me take a picture of the receipt and have to get escalated. Could take up to 14 days to resolve. Thanks.

    I ended up canceling my XM4 order for the new Bose Quiet Comfort Ultras. Had 10k best buy points show up in my account which translated to $250 off, so got the QC Ultras for $130 out of pocket.

    The QC Ultra take the Studio Pro to the cleaners, which shouldn't surprise anyone. Having to use the bose app vs iOS integration is a bummer, but comfort and sound is worlds better.
