Looks to just be cosmetics, even on the higher tier editions. The usual laugh out loud
But yeah discounted already. I am expecting it to release on Xbox Game Pass soon at some point (laugh out loud) so that's what I'm holding out for Please

Not surprised. Ubisoft games don't really hold a lot of value and drop fast. Give it a few more weeks and you'll see it hit 15.

Just a heads up, Mirage still has some annoying performance issues. Screen tearing and stuttering are the most common for me. I've tried on both a Series X & PC and changed all the graphic settings, but they are still present.

Mirage is so weak. It has the worst traversal of any Assassin's Creed game in years. The protagonist, story and missions are very boring. While I've wanted a scaled down for a long time, they made this one too small and you're pretty much always accidentally passing through a restricted area and getting into fights you didn't want to be in. Not to mention the game is constantly punishing you for killing enemies. Any time a civilian sees you do it, you have a gauge that goes up and as it gets higher, they start putting extra guards out. Then they eventually send an invincible (or at least near invincible) guy to take you out. They went back to the very old school system of needing to go tear down posters or bribe a guy to drop that gauge. In all, I played about 10 hours and called it quits and traded it in. Just another reason why I'll get physical games for as long as they're made (on console, I know Steam allows returns). That game would've been an even bigger waste of money had I been forced to keep it.

Well not as soon as I hope lol! The series hasn't been much recently so I don't mind waiting. I also just realized Valhalla is not on game pass yet so yeah, it is going to be a while laugh out loud

Wouldn't buy a AC game until it's $15 or $20....been out a little over a month and you can already find it for $30 on Ebay

Historically, Assassins Creed games have gone on sale pretty quick for black friday. In fact, I'm used to seeing them 50% off or more by black friday. I'm a little disappointed its $40 when the game is supposed to be very short and considering the $15 monthly pass instead

The reviews are so bad. I would wait until it drops to 20 bucks or less. Ubisoft games don't usually hold up in price.

Immortals Fenyx Rising is pretty good and standard edition is available on GamePass. A lot of cringe worthy dialogue, but combat is solid. I'm ignoring most of the open world BS (because Ubisoft beats that into the ground) and playing the main story line.

My favorite game reviewer, Skill Up, had sources tell them that Mirage was originally a DLC for the last AC game but for whatever reason they decided instead to turn it into a full game and that it's evident when playing it.
