I checked the Amazon mover and shakers page [amazon.com] but that deal wasn't on there.

Since 2003, Ya know we do better with Slick Deals than without it.
It used to be there was a mantra.NEVER CALL THE STORE. We benifited from some errors and stuff like that. Maybe if we went back to that never call to ask anything it could get better too.
Now people do as they please and maybe that is part of the problem. I still get great deals even though not every one is a win. Cool

I've become really disillusioned with these so-called "major events" lately. It feels like they're just hollow gimmicks to drum up fake excitement without really offering meaningful savings. When I browse the "deals," so many of the prices are just regular prices that I see all the time - there's no real discount at all. And some items are even marked up more than usual! At this point, I only bother buying if something is genuinely cheaper outside of the sales. These events used to be actually worth looking forward to, but now they just left me feeling cynical and let down every time. I can't be the only one who feels this way...

Why should I or anyone else just move on? What is this, a kindergarten where everyone has to get a prize for merely participating? If you can't take any criticism for the deals you post then maybe you're the one who should move along.

Bought the Bidet, the T adapter is cheaply made and the Silicone gasket doesn't prevent leaks. I used Teflon tape on all the parts that might leak, still leaked from the T adapter.

You don't have to move along, I enjoy people like you checking on responses in these threads, it's what brings you joy in life. Go ahead and post what you think are constructive criticisms like asking for screenshots like the onus is on them to provide you proof of good deals. It's hilarious, I love it. Respond to my post as well, make that effort to be as petty as you can be!

You kind of have to wonder how many deals people who use this place keep to themselves now for that very reason. For SD's purposes, evidently, any non-deal post (i.e. no resulting click fees) are all the same, be they informed product information or just low effort brain farts from flotsam who cannot find relevance anywhere in life aside from low-barrier Internet forums, which in some threads account for 80 percent of everything posted.

The long view is that better quality moderation to remove rock-throwers and those who come simply to disrupt deals with false screeds about counterfeits, etc. will result in an overall better quality user base creating better income potential over time.
