If you are a Horizon fan, it's great. Like most DLC, it's not groundbreaking, but the new area is really fun.

I beat HFB on my PS4, picking up a PS5 this weekend, anyone know if my completed game will transfer somehow so I can enter Burning Shores?

I regret buying it. I didn't even finish it. Very disappointed, and I played through first game with great dlc and second game too.

I read some mixed user reviews about this DLC. Basically people are saying this does not add much of content compared to Frozen Wild and not really a complete side story like most major expansion/DLC would be. I'm a big fan of the series and platinumed both games but not in a hurry to get this one. I'll probably play it eventually though... maybe before the next sequel come out.

Yes during the PS5 setup (or later) you can transfer your PS4 saved data over, and then load that in the PS5 version of Horizon.

And the boss fight is crazy good especially keeping in mind it's all rendered in real time.

This game and expansion are the greatest gaming experience I've had since Fallout 3. The final battle is absolutely incredible. Must-have IMO
