The biggest tell should be in the bottom left corner of the cover.

If you see a black "E" in the corner, you have the North American region.

If you see a green "7" in the corner, you have the EU version.

Regardless of region, all copies SHOULD theoretically work in any Switch. Hope this helps!

Is there a way to setup a new account multiple times to keep taking advantage of these QVC offers? I made my first legit account and purchase to buy Mario Wonder. I really want Mario RPG at this promo price.

Was going to bite on this but now am taking a step back. Check the reviews on Super Mario Wonder. Seems many people got the wrong version of the game. Buyer beware I guess

QVC is being dishonest then. I wouldn't buy from them. Heard more than a couple things like this about them here.
File a complaint with BBB.org. They might not respond to it but it will leave a record of their shady dealings.

I'm not seeing a region called out on their site.how are the games different? Does it not play on a US switch?

Yes, this should play on your US Switch. I got Wonder on the Holiday30 deal and honestly didn't even realize I got the PAL version until this post. Works fine for me. Not sure what the concern is, these people are getting a brand new game at half the cost.
