In the last eight years I've lived in six apartments across the DC Metro and Los Angeles - each has ONLY allowed one carrier - Comcast in the DMV and Spectrum in LA. It's so incredibly annoying.

The two worst providers. I noticed it's a trend among apartment complexes to have exclusivity agreements with the worst providers in the area. I'm assuming they get paid well for that

their website now saying $24/month for 300 mbps for new customers, wtf. should we try to get the new price by get a name change or something?

don't feel good when someone else paying almost half of what i paid for same thing.

The issue is that double GC only shows on 1 screen and then when you get to checkout it doesn't mention a 2nd GC at all…

chat rep is wrong. Screenshot the offer from their website, clearly shows a 2nd $200 card on the offer screen with 1gb service.

Got the email and mailer. Chat rep said only 1 card. I'm on the phone with them and promotions is saying you have to sign up for TV to get the 2nd one - but it doesn't say that. So they're trying to see if there's a way for me to email them the email I got. Ridiculous hoops when trying to sign up new customers.

As existing customer with landline TV and gigabit, what's the path forward to getting this deal? I am looking to ditch my TV and landline. My package price is still fair at around 170 a month but I just don't use TV enough to justify this.

You def have to fight them to get your gift cards! The redeem website never works and you will have to escalate to get to the proper customer service who can help you
