Worked. Thanks OP. I ordered via PC. No drive thru allowed.

Food was ready when I got there. They projected 10 to 15 mins. After the order went through it changed to 5 mins. I live 5 mins away. Food was sitting there. It was already room temp. The place wasn't busy.

Ask for their fries to be crispy, and ask for butter on both sides on their toast, or you can say I want bob toast. Also their sauce is everything, you can't eat the fingers without it.

I use Spicy Whataburger ketchup packets so the ketchup is at room temperature.

You don't reheat fried chicken in the microwave. Use an air fryer or oven to reheat or eat it cold but do NOT microwave it. I reheat rotisserie chicken in the air fryer all the time. I skip the coleslaw and get double bread then make a sandwich with it.

This is critically important. I had tried this for the $1 tender deal. U had to have the card and activated. But when you get the card in person, it takes AT LEAST 2 days to get it activated and the deal was only 1 or 2 days, so I missed it

The chicken was very good at this place, BUT the slaw is the worst of any chain tasteless and even adding black pepper does not help, mushy and no taste. The fries are hit or miss, usually the toast is cold.


SHAME on them.
