I own this & have been very happy with it. I've had multiple vacs from various brands & this one has been my favorite. While not perfect, it does a great job at a great value. PS you can find all the parts / accessories on Ali express for a decent price. If you are really cheap like me, you can reuse the bags by emptying them out with a pair of extended needle nose pliers. Again bags can be had on Ali for a decent price, but my dang dogs shed so much I go through them fairly quickly.

Yes, a couple of them I returned and others I sold and upgraded because there were some things that I wanted improvement from and I really like testing them out.

Also I've caught some good deals on these devices

Your telling us you have gone through an estimated $3,000 worth of robot vacuums in just a few years? I've had the same Shark robot vac for 3 yrs now and it's still going strong.

It took about 2 more weeks but they finally sent me a new one. The first one was almost certainly a Home Depot return (had the HD style return to vendor yellow sticker on the retail box as opposed to the brown box delivery with the replacement unit). I think they gave me a $20 credit for parts and accessories or so for my trouble. Frustrating experience but ultimately a great unit and nice upgrade from our old model.
