This is a stellar mouse - helps alleviate wrist. But the sticky click issue eventually surfaces, messing it up.

I had that issue with the M570, but going on two and a half years now with the M575 without issue. Tempted to buy a backup.

i hope so... i never trust a site without a physical customer service address, and $30 free ship is a common sale price if you check the amazon price history, so i didn't think it was worth the risk to trust them. i hope others here prove me wrong with a good retail experience. thanks for adding your own due diligence.
