You could probably argue the Samsung Q80 belongs in that row, and the Sony X93l / X90l (this being the cheapest from the Drool Row at about $1000 for 65")

Based on the original price, I would say these are near the front of the second row. The ones up front are in the $1800-2500 range at my local Costco.

The Hisense U7k at $699 or the TCL Q7 at $649 are both pretty significantly better.
