got one last time. one issue is playback video from MicroSD no sound, and sometime just high pitched noise... no goood

At the moment the solution is downgrading the firmware to version 4.36.9.139 (May 2022).

thank you. bc of the sound playback issue, i am hesitate jumping into this deal. It's a good Floodlight/ camera otherwise.
