buy direct from dyson and get 13% cashbk but 6m warranty and no return or fleebay with 2yr warranty and free returns but no 13% cback. or walmart with 13.5% cback and 6m warranty and free 30 day return?

The one on Amazon has no app connection. The "Link" models can be managed by app, like scheduling, tracking room temp, humidity, and air quality.

Ordered at 300 recently, just placed another and will return it. Would love to do a price adjustment, but after dealing with Dyson customer service….highly advise just doing the same if you're in a similar boat.

Returns are part of business operation expenses. They are priced in the price tags. You can return a product because of a better price some situations else. For most business, it's easier and cheaper for them to do return and repurchase (normal operations ) rather than price adjustments ( special, one on one). Customer service time is a part of labor cost.
