Tempting considering the Anker 521 PowerCore is $35. But it's enormous.

The price is tempting. I'm currently going with the Anker Nano Power Bank, because GaN chargers keep advancing every year, and these Anker devices can't charge their battery and a device, simultaneously.

Thx just got one. Been looking for a power bank and this can be used as a charging 65w brick. Nice because I have usb-c and older stuff that still uses usb-a cables.

Wow thanks OP. I just got this from Amazon. Looks like I'll be making a return there. In for one.

It shows up after you hit checkout in the review stage. Has an option to add code or gift card.

I put my order in. But receipt didn't show $20 off. Went into HSN account and it didn't show the discount either. I cancelled it.

Weird.

It's located below payment information and you have to click on "Apply Discount Or Gift Card" where you then can enter in the discount code

I used my new customer discount on Super Mario Wonder. Perhaps my wife would want to buy this as a new customer. This looks great for traveling.

You need to enter payment info before the coupon is applied correctly

I thought using a discount code invalidates the CB?

Honestly, I'm not trolling, I'm just genuinely confused. What is the appeal in a $40 10k mAh power bank? Don't all power banks do the same exact thing - charge stuff? I understand the ports can be different (USB-C, USB-A, the forsaken Micro, etc.). But aside from the port differences, what makes them 'worth it' to people? And why are Anker power banks SO ungodly overpriced the last year or two?

I haven't bought a power bank in almost two years because they're outside of my price range - $5. And before you judge, I did lots of calculations based on my tiny solar input array and $5 is the max that I can go to ever see my money back out of a power bank, which returns it's price (if I'm lucky enough for it to last this long) after about 3 years.

This power bank plugs directly into a 120v outlet removing the need for an extra cable and converter between the wall socket and the power bank.
