FYI knives like these with micro serrations, usually marketed as something along the line of "forever sharp", are a huge pain to sharpen and they don't cut your meat well. They shred it, making a jagged cut, and the meat gets caught in every single one of those micro serrations.

I never actually use these to cut meat. I like having a block with a bunch of steak knives because I just use them for... anything. they are relatively small and useful for cutting like a sandwich in half, or some bread, or fruit, etc.
