Laptop to run After Effects for images and large video files, budget is up to $700

A friend asked me to help her find a laptop. Saying: I don't know all the specs that I would need but I know I need a lot of RAM, i7 or higher, and 10th generation or 12th generation.
With some back and forth, i got her requirements:
- image and video editing, using After Effects "I open very heavy video files that were taken by professional photographers" By heavy, she means large files.
- "I would love to not have to spend over $700"
- She specifically wants a laptop because it has to be portable.
What's a good laptop for her?

According to Adobe: https://helpx.adobe.com/after-eff.../2023.html
Min specs is 16GB RAM, 2 GB VRAM
Recommended doubles that to 32/4
So, i guess she just needs a gaming laptop. $700 is probably not going to cut it.
With $25 off coupon: https://www.microcenter
(kudo to this poster for finding it https://slickdeals.net/f/17083270-microcenter-in-store-lenovo-legion-5-15-6-wqhd-165hz-ryzen-7-7735hs-rtx-4060-16gb-ddr5-1tb-ssd-799-99?p=167323372#
And possibly $40 if approved for the store credit card.
That's $735 pretax. Have to go into the store, but that was close by. Will probably want to upgrade the memory to 32 (the max). So, about another $70-$80, but i guess she can wait on that.
