AMEX vs cash back site referral bonus
With that said, I'm not sure if this particular deal is stackable because the AMEX offer states you need to purchase from hp.com/go/amex which seems to just redirect to a hyperlink that would give the referral bonus to AMEX. But using some other cash back link would give the referral bonus to that site instead. So I'm not sure if 2 different companies would be able to receive referral bonuses from just 1 order.
Regardless, I took the gamble and hopefully it works out.
What I personally did was I first clicked on the cash back site link. Then I clicked on hp.com/go/amex. If anything, if only 1 referral bonus can be applied, I would think it would be the most recent one so AMEX $150 is worth more than $121.20.
Free Gift:
I don't think they're offering the Alan Wake game anymore. Instead I was offered a choice of a free gift:

I built the system just like the OP for $1350.
Then in the cart, I was offered the choice of the free gift. Applying the 10% code 10BFCM23 dropped price to $1215.
Scrolling down in the cart, I clicked to be enrolled into HP Rewards Loyalty Program, which is when I received 100 points that I applied to receive $3 off, bringing price down to $1212.
HP Rewards
I think I receive 1 point for every $1 spent. So if that initial 100 points reduced my final price by $3, 1200 points should equate to $36 that I plan to use on some accessory like backpack/headset/etc.

Edit: I forgot to mention that this 40L system didn't seem to be available/in-stock when clicking to the site using hp.com/go/amex. I had to do some backpedaling/navigating to find it. Go to "Shop" -> "Shop PCs" -> "Gaming PCs" -> filter for "Desktops" tab -> then use your browser's search function for "gt21-1355"
edit: Jan 12, 2024 update - For what it's worth, the AMEX Offer was quick and I received the $150 credit within a few days. However, I'm only getting credit from the cash back site now (almost two months later).

All four of the offers are stackable. Otherwise I wouldn't have posted the deal. You don't need to use any particular link for the Amex offer to trigger. You must, however, use the cash back link for the cash back offer.

Yes my cash back showed up within 10 mins
You need to check your offers in the Amex app. If it's there, you need to add it to your card in the Amex app before making the purchase.
It's not showing up in mine. I contacted Amex support and no help there unfortunately. Can't expect it to work without this step I'm assuming.
