A lot of the brands I've used have had 2 to 4 per child over the age of 4.
Looking closer though, these Centrum gummies per serving are a lot lower. IE you'd still need to take 2+ gummies a day to match the amount per serving in the other gummies.
Therefore, not such a great deal as per gummy prices can be found for less on other gummies of similar content. (See L'il Critters, which you can get 190 for the price of 150 Centrums).
