thanks, I ended up buying the Klipsch 14" for the deal price. I know many SVS fan may downvote me but reading in AVS forum and reddit /homethreater people were convinced that this 14" Klipsch is way ahead of PB-2000 from SVS (maybe comparable to PB-3000 or PB-4000) and lately Klipsch is getting better. I do have Ultra center from SVS and no doubt about their quality and customer service top notch and best.

Just how 'risk free' are their returns? I currently have an older set of Elemental Designs 12" ported subs( (+/- 3dB) = 18 - 100 Hz) but sense one of them might be dying. Would love to demo something and see if there is a drastic change. But dont want to risk a battle to return if needed.

Forget "The Community." My personal experience after owning an SB-1000 for a few years, including a failure and an exemplary customer service experience, was such that I now own two 3000 Micros, and if my setup changed, and I needed a new sub, I'd start, and most likely end shopping with SVS.

I complain plenty about crappy companies with crappy products and crappy service. I owe SVS a shout out for being a great company with great products and great service.

Some of the best CS I have encountered and that's saying a lot!!! Many companies can learn from SVS on how to build brand loyality w/ great CS!

That is built into the price, that is why these are so expensive. Completely risk free.

My SVS pb12 plus amp died 1 year outside of warranty and they replaced it at no cost.
I've never heard of any other company doing something like this.
This is truly the epitome of customer service and a company standing by their products.

I am leaning towards micro 3000. I have Polk lsim 705 and 706c setup on my home theater and thinking of getting micro 3000. Do you recommend it?
