I've only had 1 order that was not up to snuff and they offered either a complete re-do or refund. I had to provide photos of the defect (which is to be expected) but otherwise the refund process was very smooth. In comparison, another company (which I won't mention publicly for fear of being sued) gave me the run-around. Even though their website claims 100% satisfaction guarantee, they tried to tell me that their quality control people determined that the quality was fine and therefore would not refund my money despite my argument that it's MY decision regarding their product. I finally had to resort to making a claim with my credit card company.
Bottom line- I highly recommend Canvas Champ.
