If you purchase the subscription, I recommend going into the app and clicking Profile, then the Settings gear, then Manage Subscription, then Cancel. It only cancels the automatic renewal, so you will have a year to use it without worrying about it renewing at full price. Never hurts to screenshot it for your records, though I do it every year without any issue.

Yeah, they had that last year, but I think it only worked if you used a VPN with Turkey selected for your location. Don't think it's available anymore. Let me know if you find something.

Calm offers seem to come around rarely these days, so I was glad to find this as I really like their app and full price makes me cringe.

This app really helps me fall asleep. I just wish it would work with my Google Home. I don't want to look at my phone screen right before bed or in the middle of the night.

Perhaps more of regional interest, Kaiser Permanente offers a subscription to Calm at no charge for its members.
Digital Self-Care Tools for Mental Health | Kaiser Permanente [kaiserpermanente.org]
I don't recall it being free indefinitely, but it was the first 12 months then they sent a message they were renewing it again at no cost.

Different uses for the app, but I use it for sleep. Surprised how useful it has been.

Are those other 2 aps on that page for having personalized help one on one or it's also just a lot of resources? Weird that the mystrength one asks for a code, so apparently you can't even use that or the other app without some provider referring you to them?
