ELIGIBILITY
"31 Days of Holiday" (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of Alaska, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Proof of residency and age may be required.
TIMING
The Sweepstakes begins on December 1, 2023 at 12:01 am EST and ends on December 31, 2023 at 11:59 pm EST ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If all the Instant Win Prizes are awarded during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the Sweepstakes will end at that time.
HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, go to win.holidaystationstores.com ("Website") from your internet-enabled mobile smartphone. You must enter your mobile number on the Website and agree to the Official Rules. You will receive a 2-factor SMS pin*. After entering the 2-factor SMS pin, you will be permitted one (1) Instant Win gameplay daily.
Limit: One (1) Gameplay or one (1) Instant Prize (as defined below) win per day per mobile phone number, whichever occurs first.
Each gameplay automatically results in
1. A chance to win an Instant Prize (the "INSTANT PRIZE ENTRY").
2. One (1) entry for the Weekly and Grand Prize Draw (as defined below) (each, a "PRIZE ENTRY").
Bonus Game
If you play the Bonus Game, you earn points daily. Every week in the campaign period, we will draw a weekly winner of the top 100 players on the week's leaderboard. The weekly drawings will solely be from the top 100 participants for that week.
If you win a Holiday Stationstore Weekly Prize/Grand Prize/Merchandise/gift card, you must enter your contact details. You will receive an SMS text message with a link. An entrant may not use more than one mobile phone number to enter the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the gameplay will be declared made by the primary account holder of the mobile phone number. The "primary account holder" is the natural person listed as the natural person assigned a mobile phone number by a wireless provider or other organization responsible for assigning wireless numbers.
